Not everyone who plays MMO’s is a big fan of Wow. I certainly never have been. The character models and environment never appealed to me. It resembled Everquest too much. I’ve played just about every MMO out there and one of my top favorites is Guild Wars. When Arena Net has a ‘Manifesto’ out take it from me, it’s worth a look. They talk about about how Guild Wars was different from other MMO’s and it was in a good way. The first thing you notice about any NCSoft game is the graphics are gorgeous and second to none. Noe Guild Wars 2 is revealing more of a gritty “painterly” artstyle, to borrow a tattoo art word. And it is indeed pretty.
