I downloaded the WordPress App. So far not so good. I keep getting error messages that say bad user name or password. It lets me type a draft but not post. I really wish these “tools” would function so that I could move on to the backlog of reviews I need to do. Let’s see if this posts. (Nope it didn’t. I’ve copied it from Notes, and I’m using the dashboard on Safari.) This is an expensive way to find out that nothing is compatible. Especially since my partner bought two iPads. And one of them was the top of the line model. I’m told that it is the host’s fault – Go Daddy. Also if I would like further help it will cost $100 an hour! Hell WordPress plugins aren’t worth ten cents. I can post to Twitter manually. Time to change service providers and find one that is iPad friendly.
For the record, I’ve been online since 1993. I’ve worked for AOL and Radio Shack among other web related jobs. I alpha and beta test games, I’m not a moron. WordPress, it’s App and it’s plug-ins should be user friendly enough for the non savvy consumer to use.
